How long does an order take?
Most personal orders ship or are ready for pickup within a couple of days. Bulk runs depend on quantity and proofing — we’ll commit to a date once the proof is approved.
Can I bring my own item to engrave?
Yes — but customer-supplied items are engraved at the owner’s risk. Coatings and materials vary, and not everything responds the same. We won’t replace items if the material doesn’t cooperate.
What logo files work best?
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result. High-resolution PNGs work for most jobs. If all you have is a low-res JPG, we’ll talk through what’s realistic before quoting.
Do you ship?
We’re local to southern Missouri and prefer pickup, but shipping is available. We’ll quote shipping with the order.
What is your hourly rate for custom work?
For most service work, my normal rate is $30 per hour.
